Michael Martindale
Owner
Michael graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a degree in finance. He worked as a financial advisor for 2 years before transitioning to a career in law enforcement. Michael developed a passion for real estate, and started Martindale Investments LLC in 2020. Michael and his wife Baylie are Super Hosts on Airbnb as well. “Our Secret is that we strive to establish long-term relationships with our clients by treating them as partners, with the ultimate goal of creating a mutually beneficial outcome. We strongly believe in the concept of a win-win scenario for everyone involved.”

Baylie graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelors in Elementary Education in 2018. She is in the process of a masters in school leadership, management, and administration in 2023 at University of Central Arkansas. "I am passionate about serving people and building life long relationships. In my spare time you can find me relaxing with my husband and son with an iced coffee in hand."
Maria Reynolds

Site Supervisor
In 2023, Maria will earn her degree in Biology and Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Prior to her graduation, she gained management experience by working at her mother's law firm, and she also has a history of personally maintaining and cleaning various vacation rentals over the years "I am diligent, attentive to detail, and well-organized. I believe my skillset in management will propel all of our clients properties to 5 star reviews!"
Cade Johnson

Site Supervisor
Cade currently serves as the general manager for Urban Air Conway. He has exceptional problem solving skills, pays attention to detail and already leads a company. Cade was an excellent choice in being the site supervisor for Conway.
